Returns and Refund Policy

At Neriah Notes, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we currently operate with a strict no-return and no-refund policy, we will address product issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and trust.

No Returns or Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our operations and our Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items
We may offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The item is defective and unusable upon arrival

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Report an Issue
To report a problem with your order:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–4 business days.

Approved Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item at no extra cost

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue (processed via your local method, if available)

Conditions for Claims

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable) to qualify for a return or replacement.

  • We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or excessive claims.

Cash on Delivery and Refunds
Since we do not collect any online payments, any eligible refunds will be processed using local cash transfer services  depending on your location.
